The Rose Parade is held annually with marching bands that travel from different states and countries just to perform in the parade, coupled with events throughout the day such as the world-renowned Rose Bowl game. Head over to Old Town for an escape into boutique shopping and artisan galleries, along with over 300 restaurants. And of course, you can’t forget about the distinctive Pasadena Ice Skating Center, Civic Auditorium and Convention Center, which hosted America’s Got Talent in 2019. Surrounded by the San Gabriel Mountains, Pasadena residents here have access to tons of outdoor walking trails. Explore 190 acres of gorgeous SoCal wildlife at the Eaton Canyon Nature Preserve or hike to the Eaton Canyon Falls, where you can relax in a pool at the bottom of a 40-feet waterfall.
